All students are being asked to visit www.gotocollegefairs.com before the fair in order to fill out information about themselves, and receive a barcode which they will use at the fair.
According to organizer Lori Lindsey, the barcode is a helpful way for students to save time.
“This will reduce the amount of time they spend filling out information cards, and allow more time for them to ask questions,” Lindsey said of the barcode system.
Many students welcome the opportunity to meet with schools and ask questions they have about the college admissions process.
“Looking at different colleges and asking them questions about what they offer for my career helps me pick and choose colleges,” junior Katrina Martinez said.
Students are encouraged to sign up for their barcode in preparation for the fair, and should contact Mrs. Lindsey with any further questions.
