Description

Debate is an elective course for students interested in studying a wide range of topics including public policy, philosophy, rhetoric, current events, and public speaking. The purpose of the class is to use the format of debate to teach the skills of critical thinking, academic research, ethical decision making and public speaking.

I will create a value structure and write two arguments for a resolution.

- This assignment (to be completed on a piece of notebook paper): 1. Establish a value and a criterion for the LD resolution below.
2. Create one affirmative argument and one negative argument. Use the template on the back of your argumentation notes for help.
