The Weatherford Noon Lions Club is offering the Larry Mangrem Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 for a student who is planning to attend The University of Texas at Austin. Students will need to complete an application and enclose a one-page essay explaining how the scholarship will help them achieve their career goals. Applications are available in the Student Services Office and are due on May 12, 2014.
