Project Opportunity is a scholarship made available by the Project Opportunity Foundation for Weatherford High School students that plan to attend Weatherford College. The scholarship is available for students with financial need and provides up to $5,000 for tuition, books, and supplies for two years at Weatherford College. Students must be sophomores or juniors to apply. The deadline for juniors to apply is December 1, 2014. Sophomores may turn in their applications anytime during the year. Students may pick up an application or get more information about the scholarship from their counselors in the Student Services Office. The Project Opportunity packet with information about the scholarship and the application is attached.
