Welcome!

My name is Aaron Alimena, and I am the Assistant Choir Director and Durant Auditorium Coordinator at Weatherford High School. I hold a Bachelor of Music Education from Oklahoma State University where I graduated summa cum laude and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Western Michigan University with a 4.0 GPA.

 

My current academic pursuits include performance practice of early music and voice anatomy and physiology. I am also and active member of both the Fort Worth Chorale and the New American Voices.

 

I am grateful to be spending my first years as a teacher in Weatherford surrounded by such wonderful colleagues and students!
