Flu vaccinations offered to WISD children at no cost

Parents wishing to have their children vaccinated will need to complete the consent form that is listed below and then bring it with them to one of the scheduled clinics within the District. Also, parents do not have to be at the school for the student to have their vaccine as long as the permit is completed and returned to the school nurse prior to the clinic.

Student clinics begin at 7:30 a.m. and will last until the final student has been seen. Staff can get flu shots during the school clinics also.
