Parents wishing to have their children vaccinated will need to complete the consent form available on the WISD main page of the website. Parents do not have to be at the school for the student to have the vaccine as long as the permit is completed and returned to the school nurse prior to the clinic.
Student clinics begin at 7:30am and will last until the final student has been seen. Staff can get flu sots during the school clinics also.
