It’s hard to believe, but Weatherford High School 2014 graduation will soon be here! I know all the 2014 seniors are very excited as senioritis has already begun. To help the seniors celebrate, we will host our traditional WHS post-graduation celebration, Project Graduation. This is an all-night, drug and alcohol free celebration for Weatherford High School seniors to be held following graduation on Saturday, May 31st. This very successful event has occurred each spring for the past twenty-four years through the generous donations of individuals and businesses, as well as fund-raising activities of the Project Graduation Steering Committee.
Activities, entertainment, raffle and food are all provided at no cost to the senior and his/her guest throughout the night. There is also an auction at the end of the night for WHS seniors. They can bid on items using their Roo Bucks earned while having fun at the casino!
How can I help, you ask?
Fill out the attached form in support of your senior and send out to five family/friends who you think would support this project. The more the better, but if you can commit to contacting at least five people with a minimum donation of $25 dollars each, it would be a huge help! All money raised will go towards Project Graduation 2014 and every time your senior receives a sponsor donation, we will add to their Roo Bucks.
Project Graduation is sponsored by parents and funded through the support of family, the community and businesses. No school district funds are used. Please help make Project Graduation successful by participating in any or all of the fundraisers listed below in bold. Volunteers are also needed to work shifts throughout the night; so let us know if you’re interested!

Give Back Events: Eat lunch and/or dinner at Chili’s in Weatherford from 11am-9pm March 27th. 10% of proceeds go to support Project Graduation. Also at On The Border in Weatherford for lunch and/or dinner on April 1st & 15th. 20% of proceeds go to support Project Graduation.
