Dear WHS Parents,
I am writing to inform you that for a short while this morning, students and staff on the F Hall were displaced to other classrooms due to spillage from a small bottle containing Iodine in our Law Enforcement class. As a precautionary measure, our Student Resource Officer contacted local EMTs who, along with our school nurse, evaluated the two students in need of attention.
It is always reassuring to know that our staff members are aware of and follow established safety protocols to ensure that our students remain in a safe environment at school. Additionally, interruptions to instruction were minimized and there were no alterations to our bell or lunch schedule.
