The Texas Association for Pupil Transportation has announced the 14th Annual School Bus Safety Speech Contest which is open to all 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders. Students will need to compose and present an original speech based on the theme “Bully Free Zone”. The speech must be between 4 and 6 minutes long and you cannot use notes while making the speech. The overall state winner will receive $1,000. The deadline to enter is January 15, 2015. Please see your counselor for more information about entering the speech competition.
