Seniors, new scholarships are coming in daily. Some of the scholarships only require an application and an interest in receiving the scholarship. Some scholarships are based on financial need and some are based on good GPA and test scores. There is something available for everyone.
The North Texas Ford Dealers’ scholarship has been extended to April 24. This will be given to 4 Weatherford High School seniors! Another new scholarship is the Jim Bozzell Rotary scholarship for $1,000 for students who have community service experience. The Parker County Retired Teachers Association is offering a $1,500 scholarship for students who want to major in Education and plan to attend Weatherford College. Martin Musicals is offering a scholarship for seniors who are talented in Fine Arts and plan to pursue a major in Fine Arts. All of these applications and many more are available now.
