The Brennan Weikel Memorial Scholarship for $1,000 was established to honor Brennan Weikel and his dream of becoming a mechanical engineer. This scholarship is for a senior who is pursuing a major in a Science & Engineering program and has at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Applicants will need to include a 500-word essay, a letter of recommendation, a copy of their college acceptance letter, and a transcript with their application. The recipient selection is based on academic performance, financial need, school or community service activities, and essay evaluation. The deadline is May 13 and applications are available in the Counseling Center.
