Veterans Day Luncheon - November 11, 2021

The 2021-2022 WHS Student Council is hosting a Veterans Day luncheon to honor all of the veterans in our community.

The luncheon will take place on November 11th from 12:00-1:30 pm in the Weatherford High School Library. If you are or have a veteran that would like to attend lunch, please sign them up here by clicking on the headline.

Student schedules will be available via Skyward and counselors will be on hand to discuss scheduling needs. Campus expectations will be shared at 6:45 pm at both high school locations.

Parking Information for WHS Students

We are so excited to see you back at WHS for the 2021-22 school year!

Attached you will find the information for parking. There have been big changes to parking so please be sure to read through all the information. Here are a few details:

*SENIORS ONLY: you will have an opportunity to get your parking permit early. Wed. Aug. 11th from 10 am – 3 pm
Thurs. Aug. 12th from 10 am – 1 pm

*Parking will open to ALL student at the Roo Walk-about on Mon. Aug 16th, 3pm – 7pm.

*Parking permits will remain $25 for the school year. Senior painting is an additional $50.

*Students will be able to choose which area they wish to park, but will not have assigned spaces. It will be 1st come, 1st serve. There are 3 different parking areas that will be identified by colors: Blue- 3 parking lots closest to the Outback, Green-parking lot closer to the Durant and outer spots on the curve in front of the Durant, and Yellow- in front of the school, back 2 rows of parking lots closest to Roo Station.

Parking tickets will not be given until after Labor day. This gives you an opportunity to go to Admin B to get your permit once school starts. Parking permits will NOT be done during class time, including Advisory. Students may come to Admin B before and after school and during their lunch time.

Graduation Photos

Flash Photography was on hand at the WHS Class of 2021 graduation ceremony to capture the moment as our seniors graduated. Prior to the ceremony, seniors completed a Flash Photography information card listing their contact information. As soon as proofs are available, Flash Photography will be mailing out the prints for purchase to the address provided on the information card.
