Flash Photography was on hand at the WHS Class of 2021 graduation ceremony to capture the moment as our seniors graduated. Prior to the ceremony, seniors completed a Flash Photography information card listing their contact information. As soon as proofs are available, Flash Photography will be mailing out the prints for purchase to the address provided on the information card. Weatherford High School is once again offering summer learning opportunities for those Roos who may need to make up some credits from the previous school year. This year our summer programming will be held in the cafeteria. Students will work on computers through a self-paced curriculum with the assistance of a certified, in-person teacher.

Senior Families –
It’s been a rainy week and we’ve been constantly monitoring the forecast for tomorrow evening’s graduation ceremony.
At this time, we still plan to hold graduation for the WHS Class of 2021 at Kangaroo Stadium at 8:00 pm on Saturday night. However, if the forecast is a concern for Saturday evening and we need to move graduation to Sunday, we will notify all senior families tomorrow afternoon.
Senior families can a phone call and email on Saturday at 5:00 pm. At that time, we will let you know if graduation ceremonies will continue as planned or if we need to reschedule the ceremony for Sunday evening. This information will also be posted on the Weatherford ISD website and our social media sites – Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

• Graduation – May 22nd, 8:00PM at Kangaroo Stadium
• We will be providing a minimum of 10 tickets per senior. Please communicate with front office if additional tickets are needed.
• We will also be live streaming the graduation for those family and friends who may not be able to attend.

• Project Prom-Safe-After Prom Party (Parent led committee) @ Urban Air Weatherford
• 12:30AM-6:00 AM after Prom (all must enter by 1:15; after that doors are shut and locked)
• Must sign-up ahead of time (link was sent to all seniors and parents via email)
• Cost: FREE! Door Prizes will be given and 2 scholarships drawn for WHS Seniors in attendance
• Senior Prom – May 8th at Weatherford High School --A Night Under the Stars
• Red Carpet – Starts at 7:30PM, Prom ends at 12:00AM.
• Tickets can be purchased in main office at WHS until April 22nd. Price is $150 per ticket.
Picture Make Up Day for seniors is October 28 in the Foyer of Durant Auditorium. For seniors in the Rise/Flyers/or Bridge program the location is the NGC Auditorium

Homecoming week begins with a community pep rally on Monday, October 5, 2020 and the traditional Homecoming Parade on Thursday, October 8th. The week concludes with the Homecoming football game at Kangaroo Stadium at 7:30 pm on Friday, October 9, 2020.
