As you know, Honors Chemistry will be a more challenging and rigorous course than on-level chemistry. One skill required will be a strong background in math. You should be comfortable with the algebraic manipulation of equations and with exponents and scientific notation. You will also need to be familiar with some basic measurement and chemistry skills that you would have learned in previous science classes. This assignment will help to refresh your memory and prepare you for a great start to the year.  Although this assignment will not be collected, you will have a test over the content covered in the lessons during the first week of school.  Please note that there are several parts to the assignment. Click on the links provided to access each lesson and assignment.  As you progress through the sections, please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.

Have a great summer and I will see you soon!
