so what we have here now is we're going to set up triangles so basically we're mixing gar trig functions we going to find Tanger does the angle created by the situation now if we know our cosine is 2/3 that means if I have this triangle right well if it's art cosine is 2/3 and I know the adjacent side is to and the hypotenuse was three so we're going to use Pythagorean theorem to find the missing piece and so when I do that I have √ 5 cuz we have 9-4 and get square to 5  so now we're going to find tangent the angle  based off of this triangle that was set up here will tangent would be opposite over so I get square to 5 over  too and so we're done  so what the impartially comes in the play just gives you two of your three sides of the triangle plus we still know the angle that were using  Sanford Part B once again we're going to set it up I'm going to find what we know art sign is -3/5 cool because arcsin negative we know that were in Quadrant 4 so there's my angle and we're going to find cosine of that angle that's created 405 * -3/5 * know that this the opposite side is -3 hypotenuse is 5 well this is a 3 4 5 triangle so when we're finding cosine of this angle  does created by the arcsin  the angle what the actual angle is important because you're immediately going to do cosine of that angle which in turn will give us a ratio  so we do cosine we end up with so true song of our angle is
