Weatherford High School HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America)

Weatherford High School HOSA is a student-led organization dedicated to preparing future health professionals through leadership, service, and competition. Members have the opportunity to explore a variety of healthcare careers, develop hands-on skills, and participate in events at the local, state, and national levels. HOSA encourages teamwork, community involvement, and academic excellence while fostering a passion for helping others. At Weatherford High School, HOSA students strive to make a positive impact both on campus and in the community through volunteer work and health-related initiatives.

In addition to being in good health, donors must be 16 years of age or older, weigh at least 110 lbs., and feel well the day of their donation. Sixteen-year olds must have a signed parental consent form.
Seniors donate twice and receive a blood donation cord for graduation. Only 2 more opportunities!
