Architecture & Construction
Architecture and Construction
The Architecture and Construction cluster prepares individuals for careers in designing, planning, managing, building, and maintaining the built environment. Weatherford High School architecture students use a combination of computer based and wood modeling to understand concepts of design. Students will design structures using Chief Architect--professional 3D home design software--to design homes and other structures as well as interiors and will translate their designs into wood models. The work is challenging, but it is also fun and very rewarding.
